Hello group! , I have been given the task of coming up
with projects for next year for our wide area network
that would fall under these three catagories
1. Reliability ( making network more reliable)
2. Documentation
3. New technology
So far some of the things i have been able to come up
with
What sort of Network Management stations do you have? If you don't have
anything, this might help with reliability, documentation and new tech all
at once.

Put all the configs into CVS and keep revision control on them.
Setup a TACACS+ server to centtral password control.
Setup MRTG to monitor all of your interfaces.
Setup a lab.
Get a few copies of Visio, use them.
