So going in and setting do not expire on the pin policy did not fix the issue when I tried to re-import. I ended up with the same warning, along with a new error: failed updaging user's PIN credentials in UpdatePhonePin The credential matches a previous credential for this user. Possibly this is

From the Cobras developer; Yeah… if you don’t change your PINs for years and port them multiple times without changing them you will have problems… Unity and early versions of Connection and then later versions of Connection all used different hashes or PWs and PINs… nothing any client can do a

Your limited to 5 total. So you can create new/replace using Directory URI, then later Delete the old ldap agreement with no issues.End users take awhile to go inactive. Search on the 3:15am garbage collection. Keep your eye out that no one goes Inactive ☺ Run the user export as a backup
