I actually like this option, as that is exactly why those 10 meta data fields are there. However, I also agree that reporting any summarizing that data in CUIC is terrible. Count on doing that outside of CUIC, like with Excel or the like. Also, wouldn't you already have a metric to track this?

Hello, It's not elegant, but you can use a Set Enterprise Data step with each menu option and set a variable with a particular text value. Then, you could use the Call Custom Variables report to report against these options. Not pretty, but gets the job done. Thanks, James On Thu, Apr 21, 2016
