It adds a special source property to set the obj filename for the GHS MULTI
generator. It is necessary, because GHS MULTI has a bug where it can't compile

executable suffix, .as, set in the CMAKE_EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX macro, instead of in
the C++ code where it wasn't accessible to the other parts of CMake.
