Way back in the day we used Joy soap, which sudses in salt water, and a bucket. My brother and I thought it was cool to have a "hot" shower if my dad was charging batteries and we would swim around back with a head full of soap and let the hot engine exhaust water rinse it off. Joe Coquina

Yup, we use the shower on occasion. It works well and doesn't make a mess of the rest of the heads as it has a separate enclosure. The shower enclosure is also our wet locker. It works great for that too. We put a folding stainless steel Wall Coat Hanger inside the shower enclosure, like this:

On my previous boat I used this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_sb5TfIENvsN2FwWkxodmJnRUk I took a cheap pump up garden sprayer and replaced the nozzle with a generic kitchen sink spray head. I'd wash in cockpit or on foredeck with lake or brackish water, then rinse with the pump up sprayer

I agree about spraying water everywhere. That was one of the selling points for the 37+. It has an enclosed shower. We found considerably larger boats with 3 or 4 births and 2 or 3 heads and none of the heads had enclosed showers. You basically stood/sat on the toilet and used the faucet while

We shower on Touche' often, usually in the head. Touche' has both a cockpit shower and a shower/mixer faucet in the head. I installed a bracket in the head to hold the spray head for the Admiral. The shower drains to the bilge. The only issue I find is cleaning the bilge on a regular basis to r
