I guess I better do something quick to clean out this e-mail account that is at 95.4% of quota. :-) Edward Roy Tennant said the following on 3/8/2007 11:04 PM: Ed will probably kill me (and rightly so), but to facilitate email submission of permission forms, I've added a link at the bottom of

I wasn't even at the conference (sigh), but I'm surprised that no-one has mentioned that *electronically* signed (encrypted) forms have been formally recognized and legalized for some time (and typed text email has not). Surely one of the wizards in the group knows the mechanics of the process

Roy / others, Where do we want to post the videos? Where are the slides going? I was assuming we'd have all the files on the wiki conference page (http://code4lib.org/trac/wiki/c4l2007). I emailed Ed and he thinks there's enough room for the larger format videos, which will total to several

The internet archive would work as suggested before. I'd also be willing to host at MSU since there are no bandwidth restrictions. I think code4lib could be usable but if it gets popular I'm not sure if ksclarke gets charged for overage. We could also possibly upload it to multiple places and

Hi all, With several issues being 'solved', I'm finally starting to generate the final videos. They'll be posted here for now, to be put in another place (?) if appropriate. We might have a mirror where they can be streamed too. http://pierce.eou.edu/code4lib/ If for any reason you do not

Noel, I'll give people a few more days to fill out the new e-mail form, and then forward you the results. I believe that everyone who gave a regular talk signed a form. I am also 95% sure everyone who did a lightning talk did as well, but I need to go through them one more time. I do know that

I've also dumped and converted the audio from the files to MP3 for those who would prefer to take some audio with them. Not sure why I didn't think of it before. The 4 presentations that are up have both the video and audio linked to as well as embedded video. If someone wants subtitles, they're
