My tought for your oper problem is that you used the default O line which
has the class 10 by default. I don't see any Y class with the class 10. Add
class 10 in Y lines or put O lines in class 1

I had a problem like this once, check your Y-Lines and see if there's enough maximum
links / they match for the connection class given to the O-Line.
