Keepass will securely store the passwords.
Inventory is another matter.

and software inventory. But, it doesn't do password mgmt.

So that the business owner has a record of all the pertinent passwords
along with other purchase and setup info pertinent to his systems and
computer accounts.
Therefore the record DB needs to have some kind of password itself.
