A trojan dropper would seek to download malware and "drop" it into your
system. Hence it makes sense that ZoneAlarm would be blocking it.
What I don't understand is why someone writing a trojan dropper would
name it "Trojan Dropper."

I could find no useful information about this specific trojan on the Web.
I deleted it from my system.

This is just the Google report. I've not use paypal nor had any issues with
