My bug (641) is probably not a blocker, as it was only on improper
shutdown and probably existed in 1.0.2.
I haven't reproduced 660 - is it reliably reproduced?
At this point, I would like to go ahead with the release as it is still
significantly better than 1.0.2, and then worry about straighten

The speed improvements are impressive.. thanx for that !!
I still would like to have my instance running for a couple of days to
test the memoryleak in more detail, and also i have found a bug that
when importing a multiproject one or more of the modules are added

Yes, it's one of our two problems to resolve before the release.
The other is the creation of duplicated projects when you kill Continuum when project is building.
The result is a corrupted database (seems to be occurred only on linux/solaris, I can't reproduce it
under windows)

I've been testing and its looking great, but can we hold off voting
until the final RC is ready? I'd like to follow the lead taken with the
Maven core which has resulted in us delaying the release due to bugs
that otherwise would have got by unnoticed.
