Not really true. There are already tools in the KDE-Control-Panel which
require root-access (the Laptop/Powermanagement-settings). It also manages
some "general" settings (like Time/Date).

machine (I try SS10). New version are sometimes named sparc/ultrasparc
or only ultra.

NIS to /etc/auto.master AND NIS.
In our environment, we cannot use the NIS automount map.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/autofs needs a config option to choose the
appropriate combination.

All I care about is a *stable* program with a monthly calendar view that
can do hour-by-hour scheduling. And maybe a prioritized todo list would
