Started Mandrake update and it downloaded/installed a couple of files
successfully.
After reboot almost the whole menu tree is empty and all application launcher
items on the Kicker panel dis

Neverwinter Nights and Unreal Tournament 2003. No X Lockups, no reboots, no

I've tried to upgrade to 9.1 first (so all that's needed will fit on the ramdisk).
In 9.1 installer I got the following error on the 3rd console:

In KDE, Crystal icons are nice, but now they seem outdated compared to
new icon sets available. I had a look at kde-look artworks, and there
are superb pieces of work. Moreover, a new major Mandrake release should
correspond to a new look.

BTW, the machine has 512 MB RAM, while the install ramdisk (/dev/ram3) has < 30 MB.
df shows that /dev/ram3 is 94% full.

When using mkcd to generate .iso's from 9.2 download I get loads of errors
like this.
ERROR check_version: apache2-2.0.47-6mdk.i586 provides apache2 == 2.0.44 but
apache2-mod_auth_shadow-2.0.47_2.0-2mdk.i586 needs apache2 == 2.0.47

Good news:
1) I updated GconfX anf libGconfX packages => it does not solve my daemon problem.
2) I set the TMPDIR variable => it does not solve it either
