Hi all,
I haven't been really happy with any Mandrake release since the superb 7.2.
I'm hoping that 8.2 will shake out the issues in the 8.X series. Anyone have
any idea when it'll be out? Is there some pattern to mdk release dates?

Will the Mandrake KDE RPMs use the linking hacks now being worked on on the
mailing list? They basically modify the spec file to run a prelinker on the
binaries. The speed difference is causing quite a buzz.
