The gimpprint package is only the GIMP plugin for printing (the printing
dialog for GIMP). The printer driver called GIMP-Print (mainly used for
Epson and Canon inkjets) is in the libgimpprint package. The interface
of this driver to GhostScript is ijsgimpprint, which is in the

KDevelop seems to work fine with automake1.6, and autoconf2.5.
When upgrading autoconf, and automake for rpm-build, I had to remove kdevelop
because of conflicts, however after forcing a re-install of kdevelop, it

installed to play nicely with my KDevelop generated project.
I need autoconf 2.5 because I updated the admin/ directory generated by
KDevelop to be the same as that in KDE CVS (in the kde-common folder). The

No, I take that back ... you get further running kde apps within kde,
but legacy apps still fail; I avoid that missing sympbol error, but
fail on a QSocketNotifier: Invalid socket specified ... there must
be something missing in our kde1-compat kit.

Whoops, need to read more carefully ;-) I just saw the error and popped off the
email... You shouldn't need any additional packages, kdesupport contains the
proper library.
