Hi All: I have a new ice ibook 600Mhz 256 megs with a dvd drive. I have tried 2 times
to install Mandrake 8.2 PPC and after it does a text install it does seem to work at
booting up to yboot and then linux starts up to a blank screen. Now for a monitor I
selected ibook2 1024x768 and then in xfr
Oh yes I see it. These exact two lines.
So, is it bad doctor ?
Pills for that ?
I have not try any other kernel on this ppc.
After a little search, I guessed it was the same kind of problem that the VIA chipset
on PC (or also the AGP unsupported=1).
Solution: wait for a next version of the kernel

discovered a problem, which I hope there is an answer for. X freezes
upon wake up. The rest of the machine is fine (I can ssh into the
powerbook and reboot it). If I am just in the console (read: not X),

the keyboard issue on the MAC. I really thought that it was me and
