Hi all,
I guess the subject line says it all. :) I wonder how much water for 1 cup of
quinoa and how long to cook it? I think it needs more water than rice.
Thanks

Hi, Sisi,
Two cups of water to 1 cup of quinoa should do it. Simmer it gently for about
fifteen minutes; it should absorb all the liquid and be fine.
Hope this helps.

Hi, Lisa.
Perhaps you could mix some mayonaise with either honey mustard or maple
mustard. That would be yummy.

like a Hamilton Beach carousel tray.

Quinoa is a whole grain that may be used as a hot cereal or in vegetarian
casseroles. The pronunciation is keen-wa.
