Your assumptions are all wrong. This particular technique requires a
length of lumber be used on the dough once formed. The beating flattens
the dough. After each stroke, the dough is folded and the process is
repeated. The levening agent is yeast not baking soda or baking powder.

If it's commercially-made penne (spelled p e n n e, which always looks
wrong to me, ), it is about the same amount of cooking. Test
between 10 and 15 minutes. If it is homemade, you would cook it for
less time, as homemade quickly overcooks.

No. You don't need a bread machine if you have time and strong hands. You
can make your own yeast bread without a machine. I did it for years until
my carpal tunnel and ulnar tunnel syndromes made my hands to weak to knead
the dough long enough. You can make white bread, wheat bread, oat bre

Hi again,
So, one thing that I've been suggested was that I should at some time learn

I usually and to lazy to clean the blender, so I just take a fork and mash
and blend the ingredients until smooth.

Could it be possible to put the name of the recipe that you are sharing in
the subject line, so we don't have to open every single message to find it
isn't one we are interested in. Just a friendly suggestion.
