You empty the envelope into the plastic bag, rinse the chicken, put the pieces into the bag one or two at a time, shake to coat, then bake them. --- Be positive! When it comes to being defeated, if you think you're finished, you! really! are! finished! - Original Message - From: "Beck

Hi Theresa, I like to grill as well, but I fear the grill, so I rather have my husband do it. I am blind and he is not. So that makes more sense to me. Not that blind folks can't do it, I just rather not because well I am afraid of either burning the food, myself or burning down the house, LOL I

I was afraid of grilling until I did it. A thermometer is so useful. Try the chicken boneless breast 5 minutes per side and check. Burgers tend to be about 6 min per side and steak about 7. This is all depending on cut, thickness and your own taste. A thermometer will tell you when it is safe to ea

Dale also advocates for using a grilling basket to cook things so it's far easier to flip things on the grill. That way you've got one handle to mess with that flips everything you have grilling at the moment. > -Original Message- > From: janbrown via Cookinginthedark > [mailto:cookingin

With the cooking basket how wide is it because I have seen some and it is mainly for fish. I would like one that is big enough to fit hamburgers and hotdogs first then cook at least two steaks! LOL Teresa MullenSent from my iPhone > On Apr 12, 2015, at 2:44 PM, Nicole Massey via Cookinginthedar

The fish baskets work well for steaks, although they aren't necessary. If you have one of those double spatulas, it works perfectly for steaks. As for burgers, depending on their size, you can put 4 to 6 in the basket. Hot dogs? Maybe a dozen or so. --- Be positive! When it comes to being
