We just boughtt an air frier. We thought about cooking bacon in there but
haven't tried it yet. How do you place bacon in the basket?

We like to cook bacon in the air fryer. The grease cooks out, and the small
amount that remains drains into the pot under the basket and away from the
bacon.

Thanks everyone I cooked it in the oven and it turned out great I cooked it
on 400 for about 15 minutes Probably could have left it in there another
minute or two but it still worked I want to try and get me a bacon press so I
can cook it sometimes outside on my Blackstone grill Sent
I have tried it, but not for bacon.
However, it is wonderful and things really do not stick.

p.s. Regarding your other email, which was it? Did you learn to cook bacon or
did you marry someone who knew how!

Has anyone tried the aluminum foil that is supposed to allow cooking without
the product sticking and you don't have to spray it?

Another vote for the oven method.
I use wide aluminum foil in a baking sheet, and cook the bacon on a
non-stick cooling rack in the baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes to start with. I always use thick sliced bacon.
Clean up is a snap, fold the aluminum foil to the middle on all four
Yes this is how I do it as well.

I do mine like Sharon, except I line the pan with parchment paper and
heat the oven to 400 degrees. I tried for years to do it right in a
frying pan, and finally just gave up cooking it until I found the oven
method.

Brian, I have tried bacon for years and find that the best way is to line a
baking pan with foil, line your slices inside the pan so they don't cover each
other and bake at about 375 for about 25-30 minutes, but test it and see if
it's done enough. It even keeps if you don't use it all in one
Can anyone share some tips on how to cook bacon? All I have ever tried is in
the microwave. Interested in trying to grill it perhaps or maybe in a pan but
not sure the best way or easiest for a blind person
