Creamy potato salad
Ingredients:
6 med Boiled potatoes, drain-peeled
1 med Onion, chopped, (optional)
1/3 cup Sweet pickle, chopped
1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar (Sub. Pickle Juice if you wish)
2 tsp Yellow mustard
Salt, to taste
3 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
Procedures:
1 Boil
I use a plastic disposable spoon. When I dip the spoon I give a light touch
with my finger to see how much mayonnaise, mustard, or peanut butter is on
the spoon. Then I empty the spoon on the center of the slice of bread, then
work it around without coming to close to the edge of the bread.
Susie, What brand and model did you choose? I need a new stove, and I like
