do you have any kind of labeling device such as a pen friend or id mate?
What I do is put a pen friend label/dot on a business card and then laminate
it and then punch hole in it and tie to bag and it works wonderfully in
frezzer.
I do the same thing with bar code lables I make for us
I usually don't bake pies and deserts, but did not know that about pricking
the bottom of the pie crust.
Will have to remember that one.
as for the cookie sheet, I usually use one also.
Have had a huge lasagna almost fold in half as well.

I slice mine up short ways and put them in a bown and put some olive oil and
seasoning on them and then shake them around and sit for a bit.
Then I dump them out on cookie type sheet and bake them in either toaster oven
or regular oven for half hour or so.
They are awesome.

I put them in a baking disk and smother them in sweet baby ray's barbecue
sauce and cook them for one and a half hours and turn them about half

Thought the recipe for these things sounded good and made some this evening,
They turned out awesome.
I used about a pound of ground turkey
Half slab of ritz crackers
Some chicken stuffing mix I had around
Turkey broth
Some Italian seasoning
A wee bit of bazil garlic and oreg

I use either two parts ground meat and one turkey or half and half,

I got a inexpensive but large one at wal mart and put bump dots on it.
I have them on the numbers 1, 3 and five.
This way I can find the number 2 inbetween the 1 and three.
I put one on start and time.

Just a hint.
I just made a half of a pizza in the oven.
What I did was use the cardboard that the shell cam on as a template to cut
it in half.
I folded the cardboard and used that as a guide th cut the shell in half.
The half of a shell fit on a cookie sheet or jelly roll tray perfectly.
