Sure is like loosing a family member. It's devestating. My heart goes out to
you. I'm on my 7th guide dog. It doesn't get any easier along the way either.
Praying for you.

I hope someone out there has the answer for you. I would think as far as times
you could almost use any electric rice cooker time chart for quantity. But then
I really don't know that for sure. Wish I did I could give you a better answer.

Adding my wishes to all here. Amid our celebrations, fun and good food, let's
take time to pray for our nation for those who are praying people.

There is a book on BARD called Mexican every day. It's by Rick Bales it has a
chapterh on beans. I use a method from the chapter adapted a little bit. I
parboil 2 cups of washed and picked dried beans and 8 cups water.
Par boil about three minutes and put all in crockpot with about 1
I add my Easter wishes here too. Hope your day is special. With all the

Hi Folks,
I share this as it happened to me and I am a long-time cook. So don't get
discouraged as you'll see, things happen to all of us, old or new cooks.
You can laugh at me or with me whichever.
I was making a sauce for meatballs that required some bouillon granules. I made

Can anyone describe how to cut vegetables, say raw carrots julienne style? I
have a recipe that says to do that. I'm wondering what tool does that or maybe
somebody could please give a description of what it is. Thanks.

Is that one of those little spiral cutters that you used? I haven't quite
figured out how to use that yet if it's the same one that I have.

I bought this round cooker for the microwave from QVC but the booklet doesn't
seem to have many recipes in it. And I'll have to scan it. Does anybody happen
to have one, and if so, where have you found other recipes for it. I got it
because it looked pretty Summer friendly and blind friendly
