3 pounds small red potatoes
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
salt, pepper and old bay seasoning to taste
melt butter in a baking dish
If you need more, use it and don't count calories
Fry onions in frying pan in some butter.
cut up raw potatoes in quarters add cooked onion
