of the easiest/best/most reliable way of doing so... any pointers to

I have been looking around the forum and I saw a
posting wich is similar to mine. �But the answer does not bring me

I have a Ubuntu Feisty server and I am using
Postfix courier imap mysql for Imap. I am using squirrelmail for testing
purposes.
