VT's first coworking space will be located at 106 Main St, 1st Floor
in Burlington. Anticipated

Just uploaded my cash flow statement. It's a work in progress.
One issue that I'm challenged with, that you'll see on my cash flow,
is that I can't
be at the space all of the time once it's up and running. I own an IT
consulting
company, which requires me to be at client locs 2-3 days a week.
I just finished a business plan that I can send you. I have
a cash flow doc you can have if you want, too.
I think there are also a bunch of sample coworking biz plans out
on the coworking wiki.
If I could figure out how to post a doc to this post, I would post for
all to see.
