find one book, The Weather Changers, that gives you idea what they are
to do and it was published before being made classified.

I agree with you and if it were averaged out over a longer time period of
perhaps 1,000 years, all this weather would be found. I just wish there
were some sort of "test" or reading of some measurements to definitely say
if it is being modified or not. That would not answer the

Both these things are true. Neither mean we should arbitrarly discount
HAARP.

It could just be part of a larger weather pattern. We tend to rate weather based on
what we

modification and climate change, I really wonder. Post or send me anything
new on HAARP even if it feeds my paranoia.
