[ctwm] WarpCursor

I updated today from the montone repository, and the WarpCursor directive stopped functioning: Clicking with the pointer on the icon manager deiconify the window, put it into focus, but leaves the pointer on the icon manager. My previous updated was in January 20, and WarpCursor still worked. --
