1) Include the current version number of setup.exe on the front page.
Otherwise, there is no way for the infrequent visitor to the website to

failed to find any mirror sites.
I can see www.cygwin.com to start the download, but then everything
points to cygwin.com and all those links fail (but work when I add
'www.' to the URL)

See above. As long as you package your inhouse stuff so that setup installs
it along with the rest of Cygwin, you don't need more than a wrapper around
the call to setup.

Yup. It's been thrashed out here, adding 'Reply-to' headers I mean, before
and the concensus was not to set the 'Reply-to'.
