I tried to enable opencl on my notebook with dedicated graphic card.
In most cases this fails (yes, sometimes, very rare, it is enabled, but
after restarting the computer or even darktable, it's disabled)
It doesn't matter if running on onboard or dedicated GPU.

Just a quick note to inform people that 3.0.0rc0 has an iop-order issue
and so it is better to refrain from using it with old edits.
There is no problem editing new pictures.
We are working on a fix.
