Does anyone have additional information on this KQED multi-part music
oriented program?
There were at least two shows: the first included the Grateful Dead, etc.;
the second It's A Beautiful Day and others.
I have two references:

I think what you mean is a title, in itself, is not "copyright protected".
While a musical work is traditionally registered for copyright under a
specific title, that title can be used by anyone - for any other type of
registered work.
Any legal action to protect a copyrighted work will mention

I've been doing some work recently which helped me to identify some
Grateful Dead performances from the spring of 1967.
Is that of interest to anyone here at this point, or is everybody waiting
to see what the "The Grateful Dead: Illustrated Trip" book lists as "every
tour date ever played"?

"Festival Express" will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival
(Sept 4-13). The film has been confirmed, but no show date has as yet been.
