Attached is a patch to stop the start of stund by default and add a
START_DEMON option to /etc/default/stun
The patch applies to the debian source and is untested.

the attached patch uses the file "Release" first and (if it fails) falls
back to "_dists_._Release". It works for me.
I hope, this fix is appropriate.
