GL2PS 1.3.9 has been released on Oct 17, 2015 [1]. The new VTK 7 (not yet in
Debian) will require it, so it'd be great if we could bump the version here.

In the case this goes to experimental the right kind of thing to do is
to completely remove it from unstable (sources include
Hi, would be possible to check this?

you might have some strange kernel configuration, according to the log you

My apologies for missing this. I just uploaded 0.112-1. Could you check
if it's fixed there? If not, you should file a bug upstream, as 0.112-1
is unpatched upstream code.

Hi Jakub and Mathieu,
I think the lintian should not allow dependency on phpX.Y-, but
only on php- (people can still override that), because we want
packages to transition between different PHP versions by default.
I'll review Mathieu's patches tomorrow and update them accordingly.

Dear maintainer,
the configuration option chown_changes_files does not do what the name
implies. It executes a chmod and not a chown.
So this option should be renamed to chmod_changes_files.

Hi Gianfranco,
here I am again. As you can see on

You told me to come back when I have a larger userbase, so I created my
own repository for Ubuntu: ppa:mani-ddev/series. You can download and

For sure -- do what's necessary and either report and fix breakage (IMO)! <3

Hi all,
I have also been seeing the same, courtesy adequate and the main thing
seems to be that the path of the conffile has changed from
/etc/bash-completions/* to /etc/bash-completions/* but the old path
seems still to be generated.
I saw that bash-completion package changelog tells that the s

And as this has to go through NEW, we should hurry.. libpng removal
will not wait for this package.

the package is being removed in unstable. It's kept in experimental only, to
prepare and test security releases. These security release don't need this fix,
and dpkg-maintscript-helper can't be used because it's not available in squeeze.
