We found an issue in Debian kernel 5.10.0-21-s390x which causes similar problems and we are working on the fix. Meanwhile I would request to downgrade all 5.10.0-21-s390x running machines to 5.10.0-20. I will update this bug once the next kernel version with fix is available to upgrade.
