I've got some clarifications from the upstream author, which 'll
document here.
1) Embedded copy of alogg library.

I can confirm that the sid version of the package fixes the problem. I
checked all of the America/Argentina/* time zones and they all yield
UTC-3 today, which is the correct time zone for all regions of the
country as far as I can tell. I verified Argentina/Buenos_Aires and
Argentina/Mendoza

the current version of odyssey does not list kfreebsd-amd64 in
Architecture line, but your package belongs between packages which
support both kfreebsd-i386 and amd64.
Please, could you also support kfreebsd-amd64 similarly
