There is one hacky way to get this moving, and the package build with
the patch. But not sure if it should be applied or not (as this is ugly)
I am not adding a patch tag for the same reason. Have also mentioned
this as a comment in upstream issue.

I am able to repro this after building a few times. Not just on ppc, but even
on my x86 machine.
A similar failure occured on buildd for arm64, see here[1], but it passed after
doing a giveback.
IMHO, this and probably a couple more tests are flaky tests and need to be
taken care of, otherwise
they come to bite us later in freeze.

from nthash in ntcard itseld and patched the buildsystem a bit to
pick those up.
Ans so, for now, ntcard would "build" (with a compromise) and so
I am downgrading the severity.
