Michael,
Adding the suggested Unit lines as suggested.
[Unit]

Wants=network-online.target

Dear Maintainer,
When installing the Jessie-backports version of libapache2-mod-security2 on
Debian Jessie, my apache2 service fails to restart with the following error:

http://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/types/ptrdiff_t
The line then becomes
size_t difference = std::abs(static_cast(reference.size() -
haplotype.size()));
Or you could do it in two lines
ptrdiff_t diff_signed (reference.size() - haplotype.size());
size_t difference = std::abs(diff_signed);
Cheers,

Probably this is due to "Disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1".
Please reactivate it. We would like to continue our policy to continously test
debian/unstable and debian/testing on servers in our environment.
