No problem with png(eog), pdf(evince), avi(totem), gnumeric, abiword, or
any other program until now.

I just updated to latest version in unstable, and it modifies the
behaviour. Now the crash is systematic only when dragging the
document from the recently used list. Clicking is ok, using
