The documentation is coming from the upstream author - I suggest
to report this issue directly to the upstream author? As soon as
there is an updated documentation from the upstream - we can

He says that it's best practice to define restrictions in
smtpd_recipient_restrictions (which I
also think). It would be a bad idea to change that, policyd-weight furthermore
also checks for
recipients (e.g. postmaster handline,
