Hello Vincent, thank you for your explanations! I suggest to add them to the Debian Wiki, because this system is not explained there. Shall i try to add it? When you google for specific problems you will find to much wrong hints. But here you see how many people have problems with this theme.

Hello Vincent, maybe i always find the combination of hardware that is not running? For this PC the FX5200 is directly connected with DVI to the monitor. I tried to get a running X with the nouveau driver - but it does not work! For me it seems that a FX5200 is simply not supported: [ 1362.592]
