Further information on #756449 shows that u-boot-tools has been reinstated so I

I have now reproduced the issue.
It's caused by doxygen 1.8.8-3 leaving a stale doxygen_sqlite3.db file,
which 1.8.7 did not.
I have implemented a fix and the package is rebuilding.

We've added more output to cjs tests and changed how the tests are run, and now
it's failing in different ways on kFreeBSD and sparc, so I'm splitting this in
two as well.
