So I finally asked ftpmaster to remove the armhf packages (#848357), to
allow prometheus to migrate and be released with Stretch. This bug still
exists, and I will fix it as soon as the current version migrates to

I think this should be tracked as an upstream wishlist bug in dfvfs, so
it supports construct >= 2.8.8. Do you want to file that upstream ?
As for the freeze, I definitely agree python-construct 2.8.8 shouldn't
enter stretch.
