Attached is a patch that was tested on an Ubuntu system. It allows the current sid and dapper (0.7.2-1ubuntu1) sources to build on PowerPC with binutils 2.16.1-2ubuntu6, but not with binutils 2.16.1cvs20051117-1ubuntu1. ppc.diff Description: Binary data -- No gnu's is good gnu's. --Gary
