刚才这个邮件，浏览器访问：

还是发现中英文均没有换行。
感觉这种方式，是在 雷鸟
使用纯文本编辑的时候，在编辑器里面进行了自动换行工作，但是对发出去的邮件，并没有在邮件文本里面自动加入换行符。

如果设置成功了的话，发件的地方是没有富文本输入器，只有纯文本输入器的。
英文请单词与单词间加空格，不要发一堆连着的 a。中文不需要。

个库文件的bug导致的，总之目前已经在 testing 版修复。

统文件 破坏系统 开了口子之后这种破坏只会越来越多 弊大于利
这点确实。
Debian 官方的 i386 软件包在 amd64 架构上安装，Debian 有规则避免破坏系统。
但是我也很担心国内的非开源项目，商业公司，会顾及 Debian 的规则。

单纯的要求 deb 软件包的管理机制来实现跨越 root
的安全机制，这个是行不通的。
至于你提到的有第三方基于 rpm
上建立的软件包和文件权限管理机制，确实有其可取之处。
可以作为参考，在 dpkg 上实现，满足你的需求。

关键要看这个软件包对 Debian 的价值大不大了。
软件包的维护者确实需要一定的书面技术英文的沟通能力，能够通过邮件和 DD
进行基本的沟通。
但是对软件包的上游作者，则没有英文沟通需求。软件包的维护者可以在 上游作者和
Debian 之间起到沟通协调的作用。

只不过 weblate 支持把 po 文件下载下来，用 poedit 之类的工具进行翻译后，再上传。
这样的话，可以不依赖打开网页的速度了。

文件大小的限制，在安装的时候，即使安装界面选择中文，也没有安装中文字体，安装后第一次重启登录，中文显示是乱码，需要再手工用命令行安装中文字体才行。
Debian
的在安装过程中的可定制化程度比较高，有较多安装选项在安装过程中需要选择，对用户的技术知识水平也有一定的要求。

目前 Debian
里面，中文软件包本来就比较少，后续就不要轻易删除一个包了，中文团队有责任和义务维护好现有软件包，并引入更有价值的中文相关软件包。
有很多软件包，目前上游已经不活跃，缺少维护，这类软件包在 Debian
里面继续维护，确实会有很多困难。
作为这个软件包新的上游，相信接下来会遇到很多挑战，我会尽力而为，有问题大家多交流，多帮助。

用过 gnome-system-tools 软件包里面的 /usr/bin/users-admin ，结果这个程序有
bug，修改密码时，时不时界面挂死，在老是转圈。
ps 查看进程，有发现这个程序调用的 passwd 命令经常 defunct
了。原因不明，也不知道在哪里查看错误日志。
