I'm using Ralf Nolden's debian packages on sarge, and am very happy with it,
because they just work like a charm! Thanks for packaging kde, and investing

Today I heard about kmozilla, and that it is possible to use mozilla's
rendering engine gecko inside konqueror.

Hi,
I'm trying to compile the qt-gui of licq, and i'm not able to do
so. There are some problems with qt libs. I'm reading here a lot about
trouble with qt, but i'm not sure that i really understand all.
First, my sources.list (the important parts):

I've been dreading this, but here goes:
I'm going to do a full upgrade from KDE2.2.2 to KDE3.1 on my Woody system.
Since Ralfs page does not give any known issues, here is what I'm doing.
To be sure I get a Full KDE3.1 system, according to Ralf, I'm using:
debian:/home/johngay# apt-get install

I'm using the KDE packages for sid from the ftp.de.debian.org mirror - same as
my entire system. That's why I don't understand all the difficulties I'm

When I install libqt3-dev apt wants to remove all of this:
The following packages will be REMOVED:

I've gone ahead and done that, but still get the same error when trying to
compile anything that needs qt. I'm quite confused by all of this
