let akonadi do the migration and i finished by starting from scratch.

use the layout where the message preview is shown below the message list,
which works as expected so far.

But becase kde-full, kde-standard are have no update in experimental, these
are removed and that's why most of kde applications are removed. These are

many of them are fixed in the newer releases in stretch. Most annoying is for
