mailq reveals unsent messages.
There is an entry in /etc/inetd.conf for exim. This is how exim must be
started, instead of the rc scripts. So why isn't email working?
It says:
smtp stream tcp nowait mail /usr/sbin/exim exim -bs

I know this was covered in the list in the past but searching the posts got
me nowhere as to actually solving the problem. I'm trying to install Debian
onto a UMAX C500 using the floppy images. The problem is the keyboard
locking up. I know someone posted how to fix this when you're already in

the boot floppies doesn't exist when booting from bootx on macos.

I merely installed evolution, libxml1 and bonobo (from Sid) to get Evolution
