The maintainer apparently built it against an obsolete version of mysql, on
i386 only. It needs a rebuild to sync architectures and make dbmail-mysql
installable in i386. I know this isn't exactly release material, but this

You obviously know where the upstream bug systems are;
wouldn't it be more helpful to take the initiative and forward thesebug

The first request upstream will make is to test on an stock version of
GCC, rather than Debian GCC. The upstream bug

This went significantly quicker than the transitions for sarge and
has resulted in less breakage in testing.
