I am trying to create a c program that can interface with a dbm created
from a perl scriptB. I know only how to access NDBM and GDBM databases, but
the person who wrote the database program in Perl used SDBM. How can I
access this SDBM database in c?

I've upgraded to the Debian 2.2 (potato) release. The the default gcc
enviroment is based on gcc-2.95 (egcs-1.2). These include the compilers
g++, gobjc, g77, chill and gcj and libraries libstdc++2.9(-dev),
libg++2.8.2(-dev). gcc-2.95 provides the preferred C compiler which is
called `gcc'.

The modules directory only has dummy.o in it. What is it I have missed? The
family are getting aggrieved that what was supposed tp be an upgrade seems to
have removed all net access for the PCs on the private IPs.
The directory /data was being used to nfs mount a remote file system.
However, there were some LOCAL directories under /data also. Unmounting
/data and removing the local subdirectories fixed the problem.
du -x was only seeing the remote files and certainly not reporting any
file space consumption

I've been reconfiguring my mail server (Exim/slink).
Now, when I send email to the internet, it seems to sit
in a queue. It is cleared out of the queue and delivered by
"exim -qf" but it used to just go out right away, which was
more convenient to me.
