Debian automagically starts ssh-agent somewhere along the chain of events that bring up X and Gnome. I don't reboot often, but when I do, I forget to run ssh-add. Where can I place an invocation of ssh-add so that it is run once just after login? I think there must be a Debianly correct answer. W

Etch upgrade problem with font server

Yesterday, I took the leap and upgraded from Sarge to Etch by following the Etch release notes as best I could. The upgrade appeared to work very well, but for some font problems. I'm very new to debian and linux, so may have made some poor decisions during the upgrade. The xfs font server I
