Anyone know of any other Debian diagrams we could add to the page?
A related question:
How would anyone discover https://wiki.debian.org/Diagrams if
broken links on it had not been reported? I just browsed a half
dozen of its links. Very informative. Later I will take a look at
any other Debian diagrams we could add to the page?

Well, The files still exist but they are just not in the same spot as
they were before. The links on the wiki will still need to be updated.
Thanks,
Thomas.

Then I must have hitted a downtime or something. ^^
Thanks you Thomas.
There are three _dead_ links on: https://wiki.debian.org/Diagrams
namely:
http://kevix.org/debian/newdebian2.png
http://kevix.org/debian/attribution.png
http://kevix.org/debian/debian-package.png
Would anyone who has them archived/backed-up
be as so kind as to re-upload them and update the links

If you group the text and the box, this is possible all right.

I want to draw some diagrams of a network showing things such as "user
uploads files to an FTP server, FTP server uses rsync to push data to web
server, users download data from web server". I want to do this will little
boxes representing each machine etc.

Since you're using Mutt, you can add debian-user to your known mailing
lists and hit -L to reply to list.

Is there a free tool to draw E-R diagrams out there?

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.
I've just started diving into the SGML tools available under Debian, and
really like e.g. debiandoc-sgml and sgml-tools. Unfortunately, to really
use this for our internal docs here I need support for some sort of
pictures and figures. Where should I go to find/build such a thing?

Hi,
I need to construct OMT and interaction diagrams.
Does anybody know of a tool available under debian
for doing this?
Maybe a simple flow chart software combined with a class browser,
which allows me to save the class tree in an editable format
is currently good enough for me.
Thanks

Have you tried daVinci? (it is on the sunsite somewhere)
Allegedly, it was created specifically to make block diagrams.

I am using tkHTML to create a WebCourse and now need to include some block
diagrams. Is anyone aware of a utility that will let me efficiently create
such diagrams in gif or jpeg format? I am currently using tgif, but am
wondering if something better is out there.
